Apprenticeship in Customer Service
Intermediate and Advanced Apprenticeships are available for those aged 16 years upwards and employed for 30 hours per week or more.
Apprenticeship courses provide an excellent opportunity for people to learn as they earn and gain nationally recognised qualifications on the job.
Intermediate
The Level 2 Apprenticeship Diploma in Customer Service aims to equip participants with the skills, knowledge and understanding of effective customer service. It will build practical skills to support a business environment deliver and enable participants to understand how its delivery and legislation affects customer expectations.
The qualification will form part of a Level 2 apprenticeship which includes a knowledge certificate, maths and English at L1 and personal learning and thinking skills.
Advanced
The Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship Diploma in Customer Service is aimed at supervisors or managers who develop processes that provide effective customer service delivery within an organisation.
The qualification will include a combined competence and knowledge certificate, maths and English at L2, employee rights and responsibilities and personal learning and thinking skills.
You will be guided and fully supported through your programme of learning by trade qualified and industry experienced assessors who will visit you in your workplace as you carry out your job.
Our courses are accredited by City & Guilds and are offered at both Level 2 & 3.
Further progression to higher level qualifications are a chosen route for some individuals.
Apprenticeships are free training courses that are government funded.
Education, Health & Care Plan
