Post 16 Learners
There are several routes available to post 16 learners. Nova Training currently delivers Adult Apprenticeships. Apprenticeship frameworks are currently available at level 2 and 3 in the following areas;
- Business Administration
- Customer Service
- Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Vehicle Fitting Operations
- Roadside Recovery
Adult Apprenticeships are funded by the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) and are available for businesses and individuals (if the candidates meet the eligability criteria), if some circumstances employers will be required to make a contribution of up to 50% of the training fees. Apprenticeship are designed to help businesses succeed by ensuring that staff have the right skills to do the best job.
