Post 16 Learners
There are several routes available to post 16 learners. Nova Training currently delivers Train2Gain in partnership with Black Country Training Group. Train2Gain is currently available at NVQ level 2 in the following areas:
- Business Administration
- Customer Service
- Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Vehicle Fitting Operations
- Roadside Recovery
Train2Gain is funded by the Learning & Skills Council (LSC) and is available for businesses and individuals (if the candidates meet the eligability criteria). It is designed to help businesses succeed by ensuring that staff have the right skills to do the best job.
