Centre Manager (Salary for the post is negotiable depending upon existing qualifications and experience)
Positions are available at the following centres;
- Stafford
- Cannock
We may consider applicants to manage one
Closing date for application is 27th January 2012.
The role involves direct line management of all staff working within the centre. The Stafford centre operates a full Foundation Learning programme including motor vehicle, retail, business administration and customer service. We will also be developing our offer to schools via our 14-16 Headstart provision. In addition to this we operate a 16-18 ESF NEET programme (Aspirations) and an Access to Apprenticeship programme in motor vehicle. The Cannock centre operates Foundation Learning and ESF NEET.
The successful candidate should have a strong background in management of education programmes and performance management of staff, be able to demonstrate an ability to meet contractual obligations and represent the company professionally at external stakeholder meetings.

Foundation Learning Tutor (£16,320 - £20,400 depending upon existing qualifications and experience, the post benefits from a contributory pension scheme)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic person to join our training team. As a Foundation Learning Tutor you will be responsible for ensuring your learner cohort achieve Functional Skills and a PSD qualification. You will require good interpersonal, literacy, numeracy and ICT skills and have a genuine desire to help and support young people. You will ideally have a proven track record in training and hold a teaching qualification or have experience of working with young people
