Training Centre Manager (£21,000 - £30,000 depending upon existing qualifications and experience)

 Positions available at Willenhall and Brownhills (Walsall).

Closing date for application is 9th July 2010.

An opportunity has become available for a Centre Manager at our Willenhall and Brownhills Centre.  As a Centre Manager you will be responsible for managing staff and training activities within a busy environment.  Nova delivers various programmes at its centres that include Foundation Learning, Post 16 NEET, Apprenticeships, Train to Gain and 14-16 programmes. You will require good interpersonal, literacy, numeracy and ICT skills, you will have a genuine desire to help and support young people with personal and social issues and/or learning/behavioural difficulties.  The successful candidate will ideally hold a management qualification and / or teaching certificate and have experience of working with our client group.  Experience in a previous educational management roll is essential.

Bricklaying Tutor (£16,320 - £20,400 depending upon existing qualifications and experience)

Positions available at Netherton and Wednesbury.

An opportunity has become available to join our Construction Team at Wednesbury.  As a Bricklaying Tutor you will be responsible for training and assessing young people between the ages of 14-19 from various backgrounds.  You will require good interpersonal, literacy, numeracy and ICT skills, you will have a genuine desire to help and support young people with personal and social issues and/or learning/behavioral difficulties. The successful candidate must have a Level 3 or equivalent Bricklaying qualification and will ideally hold a teaching qualification or have experience of working with young people.

 E2E Key Worker / Tutor (£16,320 - £20,400 depending upon existing qualifications and experience)

Positions available at Darlaston (Walsall).

Closing date for application is 14th June 2010.

An opportunity has become available to join our E2E Team at Darlaston.  As an E2E Keyworker / Tutor you will be responsible for training and assessing young people between the ages of 16-18 from various backgrounds.  You will require good interpersonal, literacy, numeracy and ICT skills, you will have a genuine desire to help and support young people with personal and social issues and/or learning/behavioral difficulties. The successful candidate must have Literacy and Numeracy skills equivalent to Level 2 as a minimum.  You will be required to teach a Functional Skill and an NOCN qualification.  You will ideally hold a teaching qualification or have experience of working with young people.

Motor Vehicle Tutor (£16,320 - £20,400 depending upon existing qualifications and experience)

Position available at Brownhills.

An opportunity has become available to join our Motor Vehicle Team at Brownhills.  As a Motor Vehicle Tutor you will be responsible for training and assessing young people between the ages of 14-19 from various backgrounds.  You will require good interpersonal, literacy, numeracy and ICT skills, you will have a genuine desire to help and support young people with personal and social issues and/or learning/behavioral difficulties. The successful candidate must have a Level 3 or equivalent Motor Vehicle qualification and will ideally hold a teaching qualification or have experience of working with young people.
