NOVA TRAINING IS AN OUTSTANDING TRAINING PROVIDER

Ofsted Inspectors have graded Nova Training as 'outstanding' following a full inspection in July 2016

Inspectors judged Nova to be outstanding against all eight graded areas:

  • Overall Effectiveness - Outstanding
  • Effectiveness of leadership and management  - Outstanding
  • Quality of teaching, learning and assessment  - Outstanding
  • Personal development, behaviour and welfare -  Outstanding
  • Outcomes for learners  - Outstanding
  • 16 to 19 study programmes  - Outstanding
  • Apprenticeships  - Outstanding
  • Provision for learners with high needs  - Outstanding
