Nova Training would like to personally invite you to join us at our May open day, to be held at our bespoke vocational training centre in Wolverhampton on Friday 19th May, from 10am to 4pm.
Our open day has been specifically designed to showcase opportunities to our professional partners regarding the range of programmes and opportunities that Nova can offer to young people and employers, alongside young people themselves who want to learn more about what makes Nova Training outstanding. .
Join us on the day and you will also get the chance to meet former Wolves goalkeeper Matt Murray and Councillor Elias Mattu - Mayor elect for Wolverhampton and his wife Mrs Asha Mattu, who will be with us from 11 am .
Nova Training is an Ofsted Grade 1- Outstanding - Training Provider making us officially one of the highest performing training providers in the country.
Ofsted Inspectors found that learners at Nova “find a direction to their lives and careers”, with managers making a “significant contribution to improve the life chances of learners and most progressing onto employment, further education or apprenticeships”. The report also praised Nova’s “strong culture of continuous improvement” with “teaching and support staff sharing a strong commitment to enable their learners and apprentices to discover and achieve their full potential.” Inspectors noted that Apprentices “develop very good vocationally relevant skills that their employers value” while learners on 16-18 Study Programmes are “prepared exceedingly well for their employment and future careers through tailored work experience”.
Visiting our open day gives you a unique opportunity to see first hand what it is really like to study at Nova Training. There will be 'have-a-go' activities including the Pit stop challenge for budding mechanics, hair & nail sessions for those interested in Hair & Beauty, biscuit decorating for those interested in studying catering and the chance to meet some of our staff & employers who have supported our learners through their work placement & apprenticeship journeys.

Our 2 million pound training centre is situated on approximately 1.2 acres and offers training and apprenticeship opportunities in motor vehicle, construction, hospitality, business administration, retail, warehousing, sales, customer service & hair and beauty, all of which are supported by Maths, English and employability training. These courses are a great alternative to staying on at school or college and in the last 12 months over 2000 young people have chosen Nova to help them achieve and progress.
