Nova holds contracts with the Learning & Skills Council for the following courses:

E2E Entry to Employment
The E2E programme is a training programme tailored to meet your individual needs. It could be work experience, skills or training. Whatever you require to help you move forward into either work or further education Nova are here to help.

How can E2E help you?
E2E can offer training, work placement and support. You will also have the opportunity to gain key skills up to level two in the following areas:
• Communication
• Application of number
• ITC
• Working with others
• Improve own learning
• Problem Solving

E2E can help you gain confidence, meet new people and also put money in your pocket. There are no strict timescales E2E gives you all the time you need to get trained and get a qualification.

Motor Vehicle Apprenticeships
Nova Training offers Apprenticeships in vehicle fitting operations and vehicle maintenance and repair. All apprenticeships include level one key skills in communication, application of number and ICT. Also included in the framework is a technical certificate at level two.
 
To participate in an apprenticeship students will need to be working with an employer and be paid a minimum of £80.00 per week. Apprentices are also required to attend one of Nova’s training centre’s one day per week for underpinning knowledge sessions and key skills support.
 
Apprentices will be allocated an Assessor who will visit the Apprentices work place at least every four weeks to set targets with the Apprentice and the Employer. During this visit the Assesor may carry out observations of the Apprentice completing tasks.
