Nova Training is a Regional provider with sites covering the Black Country, Staffordshire and Shropshire. We offer a range of learning opportunities and job seeking activities for all. Our current programmes include; Pre 16 Vocational Programmes for Schools, 16-18 ESF NEET Programmes, Foundation Learning, 16-18 and 19+ Apprenticeship programmes and the DWP Work Programme.

Over the past 3 years we have more than doubled our provision whilst remaining focused on the success of our learners. In 2010 Nova was awarded a grade 2 (good) by Ofsted with many grade 1 (outstanding) features. In 2010 we were accredited with Investors In People GOLD and Matrix and won the West Midlands ESF Outstanding Provider Award for our contribution to reducing NEETs in the West Midlands.
