Nova Training is a Black Country training provider offering a wide range of training programmes to both young people and Adults. The company holds contracts with the Black Country Learning & Skills Council (LSC) for Entry to Employment and Apprenticeship training, and provides services to another contractor for Train 2 Gain. In addition to this Nova works alongside over 100 schools in the West Midlands and Shropshire area delivering vocational training programmes to 14-16 year olds.

Nova Training was awarded grade 1 & 2 by Ofsted inspectors in April 2010.
